Hi All,

please note that this is a SharePoint online related question and not Power Apps, so please do not ignore or redirect me to other forums.

We have a SharePoint online site under the Australian government, with this url pattern:-

https://.**.****.gov.au/sites/test/

where this is the first time i deal with SharePoint online site that does not contain the word SharePoint.com in its url. Now i want to create a power apps which is connected to the above site's lists and libraries, but when i tried to connect to the site inside power apps i got this error "Something went wrong please try again later" :-

and the only site i can see is the root site with sharepoint.com in its url and which does not have the .gov inside its url, as follow:-

so can anyone advice how i can connect my Power Apps to a governmental SharePoint site?

Thanks

    Good day John,
It's seemed like you are trying to connect an on-prem based SharePoint Site.
Or the gov sites have their own domain name and you need to find the real Site URL.

If the SharePoint Sites is Hybrid or it's On-Prem site, you need to use the gateway to connect with them.(should be very hard to push)
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/connections/connection-sharepoint-online#create-a-connection
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/gateway-reference#use-a-gateway

If the SharePoint Sites have URL Mapping(like SharePoint Server), you need to find the real URL and try it again.
