Can someone help please with my business account, we have lost all connectivity with our emails and teams due to upgrading my phone recently.

The good old Authenticator app is asking for a code within its own app to verify our email address, how stupid is this?

    Hi @Shane Mcdaid

If you are using an business account, please contact your organization admin to add or change the user's authentication method.

This will allow you to skip the authenticator login step.

For more information on how the admin can change the user's authentication method, refer to Manage user authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication

If the e-mail address belongs to the organization, you previously were in, you are most likely require obtaining authorization, given the option you are granted this, the administrator may need to reset your authentication. A possibility is to use an approve device on premise and sign with the appropriate authentication method. SMS, or App. Alternatively some organizations can set up a token to authenticate.

E-mails might be stored on the Web-based version if signed into portal.office.com. Alternatively the organization has options to restore, which should appear in the Office 365 account first, which rules out any issue with devices or apps.
