After the installation of Visual Studio 2015 C++ Redistributable Package, cannot download Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 specific

We've completed installing Visual Studio 2015 C++ Redistributable Package x64, and now moving forward to download Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 specific: KB2919442, KB2919355, KB3021910, KB3172614, and it keeps showing "The update is not applicable to your computer", wonder what did we do wrong,
Our Windows edition is Windows server 2019 Standard Evaluation; System type: 64-bit Operation System, x64-based processor
please assist us to solve these issues, thank you.

    Based on "After the installation of Visual Studio 2015 C++ Redistributable Package, cannot download Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 specific",do you mean because we installed installation of Visual Studio 2015 C++ Redistributable Package, so we can not download Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2? If so, you can download and install Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 first, then installed installation of Visual Studio 2015 C++ Redistributable Package to see if it helps.

    If it is not related to the installation of Visual Studio 2015 C++ Redistributable Package, because the supported products of these KBs (KB2919442, KB2919355, KB3021910, KB3172614) are Windows server 2012 R2, but you install them on Windows server 2019, so it keeps showing "The update is not applicable to your computer.

    Thank you for your update.

    So as the error message showing "The update is not applicable to your computer", the KBs specific to Windows server 2012 R2 is not supported on Windows server 2019. We can download and install Windows server 2012 R2 KBs on Windows server 2012 R2 and download and install Windows server 2019 KBs on Windows server 2019.
