A pop up progress bar appears saying 'initializing application please wait'

there is a pop up saying 'initializing application please wait' appearing since a long time, it says that its called smart audio in the task manager idk if its a good thing or not, pls help

1,Does the smart audio app work as normal after the notification? If yes, we may just wait for a while without taking any other action.

2,May we know how do you configure the User notifications on the User Experience page of your application deployment in SCCM? Refer to:
