Visual Studio Enterprise (MPN) product key unaccesible

I activated Visual Studio Enterprise (MPN) a month ago on https://my.visualstudio.com. There was a menu for getting test product keys, but I got only the error: "Something wrong."

    Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or use an incognito/private browsing.

    Try a Different Browser.

    visit https://my.visualstudio.com and verify that your MPN subscription is still active and properly assigned under "Subscriptions."

    Contact Microsoft Support or use the Help section on the Visual Studio portal.
