Dear Microsoft,

This email is in response to our invoice G059239136 which we paid twice in September. Once by bank transfer and once by credit card. Our Azure services were disabled at first because the amount was not charged to our credit card. In order to use Azure services again as soon as possible, I did a bank transfer, only then I was told by you that this takes several days to be processed. So then we paid by credit card directly through the portal.

However, we have now paid twice and would like a refund of the first payment. I have been trying to share this problem with you for several days, however, you are having trouble addressing the problem. In the portal the support button does not work, I cannot create a ticket for this. We would like to get this amount back as soon as possible or get in touch with you because our patience is running out.

It is regarding LoopingOne billing ID is b9b3a108-3f6c-546f-94e8-117c552efc6f:e61feecd-1f57-496c-889c-2f7b445a3d2c_2019-05-31.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you!

    Hi,

Please create a new billing support request using my instructions below. There is no charge for billing support. If for some reason you are still unable to create support request using my instructions, please provides details/screenshot/error of what you are seeing.

Use this link to start the process:

Fill out Summary, Problem type, Problem subtype, click Next. There will be a delay, then some recommended solutions will be shown. Do not click on any of the recommended options shown.

In the upper left corner, click Return to support request
