Hi,

I completely forgot the PIN pf my computer and it’s my administrator account. It doesn’t show any “forgot your PIN” option and I tried every PIN I could think of. I also looked through my microsoft account on my phone and another computer but I couldn’t find any way to change it there. I wish I could contact Microsoft but they don’t seem to share any email or free phone number.

Hello,Here are the steps you can try:

    1. Restart your computer:
      • At the login screen, press the Shift key several times and click on the Power icon, then select Restart. This will launch the advanced startup options.
    2. Enter Safe Mode:
      • After the computer has restarted, select Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart. Press F4 on the Startup Settings screen.
      • On the Boot Settings screen, press F4 or F6 to enter Safe Mode.
    3. Log on using the administrator account:
      • In Safe Mode, try to log in using the administrator account. If you are successful, you can reset your PIN.
    4. Reset PIN:
      • Open Settings > Accounts > Login Options.
      • Select PIN > Delete > Add.
      • Follow the instructions to set a new PIN.

    Best Regards,
