Hi folks,

This is the second time I have come here with the same question. Windows Taskbar continues to be stuck over top of Apps I'm using. PDF programs, Smartnotebook, Adobe Programs. This is an incredible nuisance especially in a professional environment. Please fix your product.

I have done everything, scans, re-installed windows and same thing.

I tried one tutorial which worked for a couple days. This needs to be fixed!
