Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the OpenAI API credits that I have not yet received. Despite completing the necessary steps to claim the $5000 credits, they have not been reflected in my account.
I applied for them on the 21st of September and this is the 15th of November.
Could you please look into this issue and update me on the status of my credits? I am eager to begin utilizing the API, and this delay is hindering my ability to proceed with my projects.

@Ayoola Emmanuel I am one of the delivery leads and wanted to reach out to you regarding the low survey we received on this thread.
The below answer is correct in that OpenAI is managing all of the OpenAI credits so you will need to work with them for support. We went to the director of the Startups program to see if there is anything we can assist with but unfortunately, we do not have the necessary tools or empowerment to assist on this matter.
Since these matters are outside our ability, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a new survey rating or accept the below answer. These surveys are about the experience the support engineer provided you. In this scenario, the engineer replied to you in less than 3 hours and provided an accurate answer with next steps.

I have sent countless emails to both Microsoft and openAI. I can't seem to understand why everyone I speak with keeps passing me to another person who also "can't be of help". 🤦
It's even more painful because I have friend who got his credits on the 25th of October 55 days after he applied. Meanwhile, here I am exactly 2 months now without any positive feedback
They should at least be kind enough to give those that applied before the benefit ended.
It’s not fair to us. At all!
If we’d known we wouldn’t have applied for them, but they left the site up to deceive more people and have them apply for nonexistent credits 🤦💔

If this is about OpenAI credits, then please contact the email address that was provided in the answer.

I knew something was wrong when Microsoft kept saying I should contact OpenAI and OpenAI said I should contact Microsoft again. I was wondering how these two companies had no form of organisation as to how they'd regard complaints.
