We have an account set up where multiple people log in using the same credentials (username/password). The account will now be subject Multi Factor Authentication. Is there a way that this account can be loaded on the authenticator app on multiple devices? Allowing different people to authenticate when they log into the account

    This is NOT recommended.

Howeever it is possible if the users scan the same QR code.

When prompted with a QR code, scan it using the Microsoft Authenticator app on one device and before completing the setup, save the QR code image and scan with other auth

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

While this is not ideal there are a few workarounds that can let multiple access an account factoring in Multi Factor Authentication. You can use a shared account where you delegate access to individual users. It will be one account but each user will log in with their own credentials. If the users are all in the same physical location you can use a FIDO2 security key for Multi Factor Authentication. A Conditional Access policy can be formulated to restrict the circumstances under which a pin is required. Alternatively there are Multi User Authenticator apps like Salepager that different people to authenticate when they log into an account.
