Hi Noam Tenne
Thanks for Reaching the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
To access the voices in the voice gallery, your collaborator needs to have the appropriate permissions to the Speech resource.
You can check the collaborator's access to the Speech resource by following these steps:
- Go to the Azure portal and navigate to the Speech resource.
- Select "Access control (IAM)" from the left-hand menu.
- Check if your collaborator has been assigned the "Cognitive Services User" role. If not, you can add the role by selecting "Add" and searching for "Cognitive Services User" in the "Add role assignment" pane.
If your collaborator already has the "Cognitive Services User" role assigned, then it is possible that there is an issue with the Speech resource itself. In this case, you can try creating a new Speech resource and assigning the appropriate permissions to your collaborator.
Thank you!
