Hello,

Can you check a value in the registry.

Check what the Default ICON value is the GUID (20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}).

This value may be located in the registry at multiple locations.

The value should be imageres.dll. -109

This is locating the icon in the file imageres.dll.

If your value is something different, this is where it may have changed.

Hi M Z,

Thanks for your post. It might be the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) to run Linux on Windows. To Disable it, open the Start Menu, type Windows Features and press enter. on the list, search for Windows Subsystem for Linux, uncheck it > OK. It will request to restart to complete the changes. Restart the computer.
