I am unable to get the buddybuilder plugin to work on Azure App Service for Wordpress

I am migrating a wordpress site to Azure App Service (Wordpress). Everything seems to work fine except for the BuddyBuilder plugin. Where it normally loads the groups, it seems that an Ajax call fails, and it just hangs with the message that it is loading the groups but never runs. I don't see any errors on the js console or anything weird in the network when I look in the browser developer tools.

@Leonardo Da Cunha Thanks for your question! Before activating the BuddyBuilder plugin, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

    1. Elementor plugin and BuddyPress plugin should already be installed and activated.
    2. Few things you could try, to isolate the issue, if the same setup+plugin exhibits the same behavior locally?
    3. Scaling-up to an higher App Service Plan (ASP), see if makes any difference as test ( you can scale-down the ASP as required after the test).
    4. Suggest you to refer to- https://github.com/Azure/app-service-linux-docs/blob/master/wordpress_performance_best_practices.md
