Is there a way to delay delivery of Calendar invites like there is one for emails?

Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For business
Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For business | Windows

    Hi @Ash Panda ,

    Welcome to our forum!

As i know, we cannot delay delivery of invitation in Outlook desktop client. Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future. Thanks for your understanding and support!

On the other hand, you can try to the below workaround:

    1. create a meeting in your Outlook calendar and invite yourself.
    2. It will appear in your calendar only and then please forward the calendar invite in an email to your desired attendees (right click and Forward from calendar view).
    3. Use the Options > Delay Delivery settings in the email to control the date/time that the invite will be forwarded.

    Hope to help you!
