I can't get the code back when logging in

Question

ログイン時、メールアドレスにコードを送って承認すると思います。また、パスワードを入力した後に、本人確認といって、コードを送るようになっています。そのためのコードを送ろうとすると、「コードが送れません。もう一度試してください。」と表示されます。何日やっても同じ結果になります。どのようにすればよろしいでしょうか。また、One Driveには接続できます。
