Hi, we recently created several test tenants on TRIPS for testing purposes. The test need to send emails to the test accounts. When we using Graph API to send emails, it returns the error with "550 5.7.708 Service unavailable. Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP". This block the automation of the our test, because we may need to create tenant every month or every week.

Current workaround is to submit a ticket to TRIPS for requesting IP release when a new tenant is created which is really inconvenient.

So, we want to know why these IPs are blocked and how could we bypass it automatically, thanks

    Hello Danny Xu,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Support!

To fix this issue your Tenant needs to be added to a sending exclusion for 60 days to allow them to use blocked IPs.

I would recommend you to raise a support case with Microsoft Graph, a Support Engineer will be able to look into this issue and assist you better. You can raise support ticket from New support request - Microsoft Entra admin center or https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests.

    Hope this helps.
