I have been struggling for multiple days with creating a PostgreSQL DB in Azure. I am trying to create it in Germany West. The Service always seems to get stuck at "Get PostgreSQL server List" until it times out about 3h into the deployment process. Here is an example of the Related Events:User's image Some of the deployments I've tried to do not time out, but instead terminate with Deployment Failure (Correlation ID: bbac2d3f-a53b-4f33-b8a2-fb1b03539925):

Am I doing something wrong or is the service not available in my region? Thank you in advance!

    Hi Simeon Kostadinov •,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

As I understand, you are unable to Create Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server in Germany West region.

I have just tried creating Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server for my subscription in "Germany West Central" region and could do so.

Could you please try with a different server name and configuration if that works.

Check if there is an Azure Policy which might be blocking creation of resource.

    Awaiting you reply.

    Thanks
