Visual Studio will not log in

I've been trying to sign in into my Visual Studio 2022 with my subscribtion, but it's just not happening. If I wait a really long time it asks me to which account I want to sign in, then I can input the password, two factor authentication goes trough but nothing happens. The signing in circle is still spinning and if I leave it going for over an hour I get an error:

Provide value on 'System.Windows.Markup.StaticResourceHolder' threw an exception.

I tried reinstalling VS, cleaning the cache restarting my PC. Anything really.

    How did you sign in your account?  

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Close all running VS instances.
    2. Delete your browser history, cache and cookies.
    3. Delete all files of %localappdata%\.Identityservice.
    4. Relaunch your Visual Studio and click on the “Help” menu> Send Feedback > Report a Problem… > Sign into your account on Visual Studio Feedback page
    5. Go back to Visual Studio and check if you have signed in your account.

    I agree with Andrew, vs login is very poor. For years, I and my team have randomly had to spend hours trying to get properly signed in, rebooting many times, having to make new workspaces etc etc losing checked out work etc until eventually something happens and it works again.

    Please test and fix this Microsoft!
