How to reschedule exam when unable to take due to networking errors?

Question

I was unable to sit my Pearson Vue exam due to networking problems, despite passing all network tests sufficiently multiple times. The tech support at Pearson Vue said they would give me a link to reschedule my exam, free of charge. This link just takes me to my Microsoft Learn account, and I do not understand how I am supposed to reschedule my exam, as it is not appearing under Credentials -> Certifications (I'm assuming because the exam time has passed?). Please help
