Not able to create a working AI Assistant

Hi,

When trying to test a newly created assistant in Azure AI Studio, I get: Before telling me this is a rate limit issue: this is the first call I make and I have not used it before. I've created a gpt-4o and gpt-4o-mini deployment. In the Chat screen, I can chat with both models. However, when switching to the Assistant screen (with all defaults, just selecting the deployment), I get these rate errors. In the deployment, I maxed out the tokens/min on the deployment, but I cant see myself getting anywhere near that. Sometimes though, I do get a response. But it is once per 8 attempts or so.

I really love to build some nice things with this, but this doesn't seem to be working correctly. What can I do?

Some details: I am using two Azure subscriptions: MCPP and MPN VS Enterprise. My typical Azure Region is West Europe, but is not available there. These deployments are in East US. I've also tried France and Norway. Same result.

I have the same error, and tried with a new subscription/model deployment. This error appears when activating tools like code interpreter or using the file search feature.
When disabling these feature, we can normally interact with the chatbot like completion..

Few days ago, it was working and I was able to load few files.
