How to find and fix errors in Windows?

Question

I have a new laptop i bought 2 weeks ago but im facing some issues. It randomly went blank and when screen came , the scale went from 125 to 150. It later again went blank and nothing happened. My game crashes sometimes and sometimes windows automatically restarts when i start game. I opened the reliability monitor in control panel and it shows windows failures.How do i fix it
