Hi @Daniel Kaliel
According to our official documentation, if the device signs itself out, please:
- Verify that SIP Gateway is enabled for the users in your organization.
- Check whether your settings have been changed. For example, check whether your phone number was removed.
If it doesn't work, please try the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Update firmware: Make sure all phones have the latest firmware. AudioCodes and Poly may release updates to fix known issues and improve device performance.
- Adjust Teams IP phone policies: Use the PowerShell cmdlet Set-CsTeamsIPPhonePolicy to create and assign custom policies to control device behavior. These policies can be configured through the Teams Admin Center or PowerShell.
- Network configuration: Ensure that the network connection is stable to avoid device disconnection due to network problems.
- Regular restart: Schedule regular restarts of phone devices to clear cache or temporary files that may cause problems. This can be achieved through device management tools.
- Log analysis: Check the device logs to find out the specific reasons for the automatic sign out.
If these methods still cannot solve the problem, it is recommended to contact the technical support team of AudioCodes. Attached is the guide for AudioCodes IP Phone for Microsoft Teams.
