Got a new iphone and I did not deactivate my authenticator app on my old iphone. Now, when I try to login in to my work e-mail, it provides me with a code, but I cannot put it into my authenticator app as it's on my old iphone. I have tried to download the authenticator app again but each time I try and set it up it asks me to verify who I am, sends me to a place where I need to type in a code and it just isnt working. I have no way of deleting the authenticator app on my old phone, how can I fix this? Please help.
