The Knowledge Check page of "Develop unit tests using GitHub Copilot tools" throws a "QuestionCountMismatch" error when submitting the answers. The called URL is https://learn.microsoft.com/api/progress/units/learn.wwl.develop-unit-tests-using-github-copilot-tools.knowledge-check/?locale=en-us&isModuleAssessment=true. It is submitting 5 answers for the 5 questions on the page. I am unable to complete the module while this errors.

I am encountering the exact same issue (adding a comment as the I have the same question link on this page does not appear to be persisting my selecting of it).

I am encountering the same issue. I have tried two different browsers on two different devices, and all of them behave the same way. Thanks in advance for troubleshooting this.

1.Check your internet connection and try accessing the page in incognito / private browsing mode to rule out caching issues.
2.Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and clear cache/cookies for the learn.microsoft.com domain.
3.Log out and log back in to your Microsoft Learn account to ensure an active session.
4.Wait for 24 to 48 hours and try again, as the issue may be caused by temporary glitches.

I encountered this issue as well. I'm sure the internet connection is good since the rest of the module checks work well except for this one. I switched between Chrome and Safari, and nothing changed. Please take a look at this issue. Thanks!
