I have - and I don't even know how I got it - an Azure Developer Support Plan. I can't find a way to cancel it. How can I cancel this and STOP HAVING THESE STUPID INVOICES FOR A PRODUCT I DON'T NEED AND DON'T WANT?

    Hi João,

Please navigate to Support Plans in the portal using link below:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/SupportPlansBlade/subscriptionId/

Once there, switch to Basic plan. There is no monthly charge for Basic.

@João Bonifácio Sorry for the painful experience!

Depending on your environment, you can cancel an Azure support plan with the following these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Cost management + Billing Overview page.
    2. Select the support plan that you want to cancel from the Your subscriptions page to open up the Support plan page.
    3. Select Cancel to cancel your support plan.

    Doc reference link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/cancel-azure-subscription#cancel-a-subscription-in-the-azure-portal

Note: If you are unable to cancel the support plan, you can reach out to Azure support by raising a support request with Azure billing team. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

Here is the link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance in this matter!
