I understand that you're having trouble with the Copilot for Microsoft 365 plug-in. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and fix the issue:

Check Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions in both the Copilot admin center and the M365 admin center. Sometimes, permission issues can cause plug-ins to malfunction

Update Software: Make sure that your Microsoft 365 apps and Teams are up to date. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues

Clear Cache: Try clearing the cache in your browser or Teams app. This can help resolve any temporary issues that might be causing the plug-in to not work properly

Reinstall the Plug-in: If the issue persists, try removing the plug-in and then reinstalling it. This can help reset any configurations that might be causing the problem

Check for Known Issues: Sometimes, there might be known issues or outages affecting the plug-in. Check the Microsoft 365 service health dashboard for any ongoing issues
