Standard_D4s_v5 SKU not available to select in Size property while replicating VM using Azure Migrate

Hello,

Standard_D4s_v5 SKU not available to select in Size property while replicating VM using Azure Migrate. The source VM is running on VMware and is to get migrated to Azure as Rehost using Azure Migrate.

In this D4s series it is only showing Standard_D4s_v3 and Standard_D4s_v4.

Kindly advise on this as to why it is showing.

The Standard_D4s_v5 SKU may not be available in Azure Migrate for VM replication due to regional availability issues. If the requested VM size is not available in the current region, you may encounter errors when trying to select it. To resolve this, you can either choose a different region where the desired VM size is available or select a VM size that is available in the desired region.

Thank you for the response. The SKU Standard_D4s_v5 is indeed available and we have one VM running in the environment which is provisioned with the SKU in UK South region. Could there be any reason as to why the Standard_D4s_v5 is not available in the drop down?

Check the quota limits for your subscription and request an increase if needed.

Verify the availability zones and select the correct one.

Review any subscription restrictions or policies.

Ensure the Azure Migrate tool is up-to-date and configured correctly.

Check the Azure status page for any regional issues or maintenance activities.

Thank you for responding. We have checked all these and have not observed any issue. Could there be any other issue which might be restricting viewing the v5 SKU?
