@BACKER,RUSSELL (Agilent USA) Thanks for your time! We were able to find a issue in Storage Explorer that is very likely to be the cause of the download failure the user is seeing. In a nutshell, the download failure was due to the user’s blob containing invalid characters for Windows file system (the : character). Normally we would encode the character and use the encoded name as the destination file name but our code failed to do so due to the bug. We have fixed the issue and it will be avaiable in your next 1.37.0 release.
