Microsoft Authenticator returns an 8 digit code and the application asks for a 6 digit one

Hi everybody how are you,

The problem I have is that the 2-digit verification code is not reaching the authenticator app. Afterwards you could use the code generated by the app but the code it generates is 8 digits and the one accepted by the application is 6 digits, therefore the authentication does not work. Could someone guide me please. I must pay the Power BI invoices that are pending but if I cannot log in it is impossible for me to make the payment.
