Can't cancel subscription

I have no resources, no resource groups and no custom roles but I can't cancel my azure subscription.

Getting the following message.

Cancellation failed due to presence of non-cancellable resources. Delete the resources before cancelling the subscription.

    To resolve this issue, you need to contact Azure billing and subscription management support by raising a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

    For this I would recommend creating a billing ticket here:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

    Azure Billing support is for free.

    In the meantime before you create the ticket you can try removing all the resources to avoid any charge.

    Then try again

    After you cancel, billing is stopped immediately. However, it can take up to 10 minutes for the cancellation to show in the portal.

    No, this was not a help. I did removed all resources. I can't see to get past to actually create a ticket

    I follow that process and I counldn't get past the AI to actually submit a support case
