Here are some steps you can try to clear these credentials:
- Clear Credentials from Credential Manager:
- In Windows search bar, open Credential Manager.
- Under Windows Credentials and Generic Credentials, delete any credentials related to Outlook, Office, or Microsoft accounts.
- Reset Outlook Profile:
- Close the new Outlook app.
- Win +R and type or paste the following command:
olk.exe --clearLocalState
and then press Enter. - This will delete your profile, and you'll need to add your account again when you open Outlook (New).

- Check for Cached Credentials in the Registry:
- Win +R and type

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities
. - Delete any entries related to the accounts you want to remove.
- (Note: Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before making changes, back up the registry to restore it in case something goes wrong.)
- Win +R and type
- Clear Browser Cache:
- Sometimes, cached credentials in your browser can affect app logins.
- Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser.
