Dear Microsoft Support,

I am currently facing with accessing the student discount, even though I have a valid EDU domain email address.

A few days ago, when I logged into my Microsoft account, I was able to navigate to the "Learn Profile" settings, where I found an option labelled "Edit Interests." By clicking on "Begin interest survey," I was able to access the student discount. However, I recently created a new account for the DP-100 exam, and now I no longer see the "Edit Interests" option or any way to begin the interest survey.

Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue? I am unable to access the student discount, and it seems like a feature I previously had access to is no longer available.WhatsApp Image 2024-11-19 at 11.54.29 AM

    Hi @Sher Afgun Khan

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is not in our support scope. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

The following suggestion is for your reference:

Check account settings: Make sure you are logged into the correct Microsoft Learn account. Different accounts have different settings and permissions.

Indicate that you are a student in your certification profile, see step-by-step instructions.

Alternative link for interest survey: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings/interests.After completing the survey, check to see if your student discount is now applied.

If you have tried the above links in any case and the same issue persists, please contact support.

For all other Microsoft Certification issues, get help through the Credential Support Forums.
