It sounds like you’re caught in a two-factor authentication (MFA) loop, which can be really frustrating. Here’s what you can try to fix it:

    1. Try to Access Recovery Options: Look for a "Trouble Signing In" or "Can't access your account?" link on the MFA prompt page. This might offer you alternative ways to verify your identity, such as using a backup email or phone number.
    2. Reset MFA Settings: If you have another admin or support access (even from a different account or role), try to reset MFA settings for the account in question. This will stop the loop and allow you to reconfigure MFA.
    3. Clear Cookies and Cache: Sometimes, the loop might be due to corrupted cookies or cache. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try accessing the account from a different browser or an incognito window to reset the session.
    4. Use Backup Codes: If you have set up backup codes when configuring MFA (which many platforms recommend), use one of those to log in.
    5. Reinstall the Authenticator App: If the issue is specific to the app, try removing the account from the Authenticator app, then re-adding it using the QR code or setup key that was originally provided during MFA setup.
    6. Contact Support: If you still can’t access your account and need support urgently, check if there is a live chat or email option for assistance. Try reaching out through social media or community forums if the customer support phone numbers aren't working.

Hope this helps! If you can, try reaching out to any other admins or contacts who might have access to the backend and can assist with MFA reset.
