New incoming connection via command line

Good afternoon,

I have got Windows 11 pro.

I would like to know if it would be possible to add a new input connection via the command line?

In the images below I show the process done on the screen.

1. go to show connection network;
2. in your keyboard click in alt button;
3. in the menu bar see and click in 'File' option;
4. then click in the 'new input connection';
