The portal would not show any errors except showing a notification saying 'something went wrong'.

All existing web apps are fine .. and accessible via the portal.

    Hi @Prabhat Vaish ,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for reaching out with your question.

To troubleshoot the issue of not being able to create a new Web App for Containers, please follow these steps:

Check Azure Service Health: Visit the Azure Service Health page to check if there are any ongoing issues in your region.

Inspect Browser Console: Press F12 in your browser, go to the Console tab, and look for any errors while trying to create the resource. This may provide more details.

Verify Resource Limits: Ensure you haven’t reached any resource limits or quotas in your subscription by reviewing your Azure usage.

Permissions: Confirm that your account has the necessary permissions (at least the Contributor role) to create new resources.

Try Azure CLI: If the issue persists, try creating the web app using the Azure CLI to check if the problem is specific to the portal.

Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache or try using an incognito window to rule out any session-related issues.

Try a Different Region: If the issue is still not resolved, attempt to create the web app in a different Azure region to check if the issue is regional.

Please let me know if you have any further questions. I’d be happy to assist you.

    Thank you.

    Hi @Shireesha E

    Thanks for getting back.

It's not about Azure service health (No issues), Resource limits (No limits breached), Permissions (am owner of the account), Region or browser cache etc.

There are errors about missing IDs .. which tells me that something is either incorrect or missing in our our partner account setting.

I will send the exact error here.

    Thanks,

    Prabhat

Just so that you know .. this is not about only creating a new resource

I am not able to create a new support ticket either .. have a paid support plan in place, for years.
