Layout of pages changed when opening excel files

Question

I found out some possible answers for "Layout of pages changed when opening excel files" as below. I guess my problem could be from (a), but i can't adjust screen resolution every time it happens, or adjust Page Layout view, they are time consuming. Any better solution to "freeze" the page layout without affected by the problems below, or change setting in Excel Options could help?

Hi,

In my opinion, even if you are using a template, there is no guarantee that the page layout will be fixed every time you open it, because many of the settings are based on the program's settings on the local computer rather than following the file, and the file only stores the file data and some basic configurations, and more settings can only be decided by the local program.

If you go through code, make sure you have certain permissions to modify the local settings.

I can't think of anything other than exporting it as an image.
