Can you create a Quick Step "new message" on Outlook Web? Being able to utilize this feature on the desktop app helps save time on repetitive emails and I'd like to utilize on the web version as well but can't seem to find the option.

Unfortunately, Outlook Web does not currently support the "Quick Steps" feature available in the desktop version of Outlook. Quick Steps, which allow you to automate repetitive tasks such as sending pre-defined emails, are exclusive to the Outlook desktop app.

However, you can achieve similar functionality on Outlook Web using the following alternatives:

    1. Draft Templates
    • Compose a new email in Outlook Web with your pre-defined content.
    • Save it as a draft.
    • When you need to reuse it, go to the "Drafts" folder, open the draft, and make necessary adjustments before sending.
    1. My Templates Add-In
    • In Outlook Web, go to any email and open the ellipsis menu (...) at the bottom of the message pane.
    • Select Get Add-Ins.
    • Search for and install the My Templates add-in.
    • Use this tool to create and reuse pre-defined email templates. You can insert templates directly into your emails with just a click.
    1. Browser Bookmarks for Pre-Filled Email Links
    • Use a "mailto" link to create a pre-filled email (e.g., mailto:example@domain.com?subject=Hello&body=Your message here).
    • Save the link as a bookmark in your browser. Clicking it will open a new email in Outlook Web with the predefined content.
    1. Outlook Rules (If Automated Responses Are Needed)
    • If your repetitive emails are triggered by certain conditions (e.g., receiving emails from specific senders), you can set up Inbox Rules in Outlook Web to automate replies.
