There’s a problem with Microsoft Windows App Runtime DynamicDependency LifetimeManager. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator.

For the past week now, I've been receiving the following error message

"There’s a problem with Microsoft Windows App Runtime DynamicDependency LifetimeManager. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator."

I am the only user of my pc, and as far as I can investigate, there is no working solution. Windows update did not fix it.

Open Settings > Apps & Features > Search for "Microsoft Windows App Runtime" > Select Repair or Reset.

Uninstall and reinstall the latest Microsoft.WindowsAppRuntime from Microsoft's website.
