I don't understand. I have explained each testing step in detail, but the review team neither carefully read nor understood the basic logic of the product, and just gave the exact same rejection reason as last time: primary functions are not useable.
Did they even look at the testing steps or emails?
The app works fine in my device.

It is recommended that you test on multiple devices, and you can try the 22631.4317 version of the device.
If the error is caused by the tester's operation steps, it is recommended to add some error operation reminders in the app.
