    Hello,

It seems that your computer had a problem and was sent for repairs, which caused your developer account to expire. Unfortunately, this also led to the loss of your account data. You mentioned that you still have some data that wasn’t downloaded, and you want to recover it from OneDrive.

Here’s what you can try to recover your files:

    Check OneDrive Online:

    • First, sign in to OneDrive using your Microsoft account at onedrive.com. If your files are still available, they should be there.

    Look in the Recycle Bin:

      - If you can’t find your files, check the **Recycle Bin** in OneDrive. Sometimes deleted files stay in the Recycle Bin for up to 30 days, and you can restore them from there.

      **Contact Microsoft Support**:

         - If the files are not in the Recycle Bin and you still cannot recover them, your best option is to contact **Microsoft Support**. They can assist you in recovering any data that may still be available on the server.

         **Ensure Syncing Is Working**:

            - If you used OneDrive’s **sync** feature on your computer, double-check that syncing is working properly. Sometimes, files that were not downloaded can still be synced back from OneDrive to your PC.

If you need more help, Microsoft Support is available to guide you through the recovery process.

    Hi,

How long does it take for your account to expire?

You have 30 days after your subscription expires to migrate any data. For the next 30 days, only the admin will have access to the subscription, and on day 60, the subscription and all data will be deleted.

If within 60 days, please refer to: Restore a deleted OneDrive.

Hope the information could be helpful.
