I’m encountering an issue with Azure AD B2C where I receive Error Code: 500121. The error details are as follows:

Request Id: 5cdc999e-94fd-4488-a22c-3c51f2d43c00
Correlation Id: da0ba5c1-d134-434f-b85c-b52c1e235b18
Timestamp: 2024-11-23T12:21:14Z

Could someone help me understand what might be causing this error and how to resolve it? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Can you provide more information about the error along with a screenshot? Have you been able to log into the Azure AD B2C tenant? If you have an administrator on the B2C tenant, could you ask them to look into the audit logs and see if any activity has been captured?
