Changing Name on Profile and Rescheduling AI-900-Microsoft azure ai fundamentals exam

I had my AI-900-Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals exam scheduled today but due to last name mismatch in my id I was asked to reschedule my exam with correct credentials, but after making the required amendments in my profile I am not able to reschedule the exam. Even the option to reschedule the exam is not available anymore which was earlier present.

To fix issues with name mismatch, you should get assistance from Microsoft Training Support team.

You may want to follow these steps.

Go to MS Training Support at https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/

 

You should see "Ask a Question" button. Click on it.

Mention your query on the Question page, describe your issue with a suitable Title.
