    Hi,

    Hope all is well.

1,Do you have maintenance window? Go to Client Settings / Computer Agent / Additional software manages the deployment of applications and software updates and set it to NO.

2,This often occurs when the local SCCM cache is full. I have found this issue can be resolved by following the steps below:

Log onto the target system as an admin.

    Go to Control Panel.

    Click Configuration Manager

    Click Cache

If necessary, click Configure Settings and enter UAC credentials.

    Click Delete Files

    Click Ok

    Retry the installation.

3,This issue may also occur when the software could not be downloaded to the local system and the installation period has expired

4,Please check the following logs for more information:

    Policyagent.log

    Appdiscovery.log

    Appenforce.log

If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Best regards,

    Simon
