I signed in (Windows 11 24H2 Arm64) with my Microsoft Personal account. When the Feedback Hub App is invoked using windows-key + F this screen is displayed. (This happens to all Arm64 CoPilot PC users, across all manufacturers.)
Now I 'Sign In' (again) with the same personal Microsoft Account, which is not associated with a school or business. This screen appears:
I select CONTINUE and the first screen appears.

You can try the steps below.
• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
• Find Feedback Hub in the list.
• Click on it and select Advanced options.
• Click Repair to fix any issues with the app
• Open PowerShell as an administrator.
• Run the following command to reinstall the Feedback Hub app:
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsFeedbackHub | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

I invoked the Feedback Hub again but this time I selected Go to Advanced Diagnostics. I did a screen recording and produced SAVED Diagnostic Logs and stopped the recording. But there is no indication that the Saved Diagnostic Logs are being transmitted.
How do I send these files to Microsoft.
I did as you suggested. No Joy. Same problem.
I was hoping the pwsh script would fix it.

This is becoming a major annoyance, and I don't understand why the problem isn't escalated. I just encountered a problem with the Phone Link app. I want to report it. However, all roads lead back to the Feedback Hub app.
This is a problem on every CoPilot PC (Arm64) and it is probably solved with a single line of code (as you suggested in your earlier message). How can I escalate this to the team at Microsoft?
