    Hello MUHAMMET BEŞİR BOZHÜYÜK,

    Thanks for your question.

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/troubleshoot-subscription/troubleshoot-azure-sign-up#you-see-the-message-you-are-not-eligible-for-an-azure-subscription

    Hi MUHAMMET BEŞİR BOZHÜYÜK

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.

Make sure you meet all the eligibility requirements, such as being at least 18 years old and enrolled in an accredited educational institution.

If you have already signed up for any Azure offers (including free trials), you may not be eligible for the student offer, as Azure typically allows only one free offer per user.

Sometimes, browser problems can stop the signup process. Try using a different browser (like Firefox or Edge) or open an incognito/private window.

Check if Azure for Students is available in your country or region. If it's not, you can try using a VPN to temporarily change your location during signup.

If none of the above solutions work, contact Microsoft Azure support for help. You can reach them through the Azure for Education Contact page or the Azure Subscription Billing Team for more specific assistance with your issue.
