Your best bet is to create a billing ticket so they can assist you if you feel there are discrepances. billing tickets are free and can be created here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket
Froma troubleshooting perspective, I would recommend leveraging Azure Advisor to give you insights in what you can optimize in your infra.
You could also create budgets within Azure Cost Management to monitor your spending and receive alerts when you approach or exceed your budget as a way to check.
