New emails not showing up in search

Multiple people within our organization using a mix of Outlook 2016 to Outlook 2021 are not being shown the newest mails when using the current mailbox search.

I have already tried rebuilding the search index and made sure that all appropriate locations are selected in the Indexing options . I have also tried removing the current outlook profile and replacing it with a new one . the Indexing status shows all items are indexed but any mail from the past 2 weeks dose not show up .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What's the version of your Outlook (File>Office Account>About Outlook) and Windows?

    In order to further confirm the issue, please log in to your web mail to check if the issue persists.

    Based on my research, i found an article and please refer to it: Outlook Search might not display recent emails on Windows 11.
