Unable to Connect to Database on SSRS Report Manager | Issue only occurs on one Citrix Account

As per my screenshot, the following error message keeps appearing when I try to connect to a data base of SSRS report. "Unable to connect to data source 'DataSource1'". This error message only seems to appear on my citrix account. This error message does not occur when my colleagues try to access the same reporting system on their Citric account,. Does anyone know what might be wrong ?

Could be a permission issue.

2024-11-26T09:27:17.29+00:00 We don't use SSMS or Excel. However I can access SQL developer and sometimes it does allow me to log into the database or SSRS but other days it does not. I've looked at the permissions and played around with them over the past few months, but it doesn't seem to rectify the issue,

Do you mean that sometimes you can connect to sql server database with your Citrix Account? Can you check the error log to see if there are any more messages about the error.
