Unable to RDP to Azure hosted Windows server

Hi folks,
We have an Azure hosted Win19 server. For some reason we are unable to RDP to this server and while trying getting the below error. I tried all of the steps mentioned here 2- 3 times but no luck.
Could you please suggest if this can be related to a client specific configuration etc? Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks for comments, I tried that but no luck. I really think that this is something to do with my source machine, because I just found that RDP works fine from a different machine in my domain.
Could you please let me know what all client level settings can affect the connection to remote.
