    Hi @AngelHamel-5915,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!

To remove a work or school account from your Microsoft 365 personal account, follow these steps:

    Step 1: Identify the Account

To determine the name of the unwanted work or school account:

    1. Go to office.com and sign in using your personal account.
    2. Navigate to the account manager or settings. Look for any linked accounts under "Connected services" or similar sections. The names of the connected work or school accounts should be listed there.

Step 2: Remove the Account from Windows 10/11

If the account is linked to your Windows device, follow these steps to remove it:

    1. Open the "Settings" app (you can usually find it in the Start menu).
    2. Go to "Accounts" and then select "Access work or school."
    3. Find the unwanted work or school account listed.
    4. Click on the account and select "Disconnect."

Step 3: Remove from Microsoft Office Apps

If the account is linked within Office apps:

    1. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 personal account.
    2. Go to "File" > "Account."
    3. Under "Connected Services," find the work or school account and remove it.

    Step 4: Online Account Settings

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Account page using your personal account.
    2. Navigate to the "Your info" section.
    3. Look for any linked accounts under "Email & accounts." Remove the unwanted work or school account.

Please feel free to contact me for any updates. And if this helps, don't forget to mark it as an answer.

    Best,

    Jake Zhang
